Host positions at BOUNCE involve welcoming guests, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience, and delivering top‐class customer service.

Responsibilities

n

Greet guests with a friendly welcome and facilitate their entrance to play areas.
n
Assist customers of all ages, including hosting kid's parties, school groups, and managing dodgeball games.
n
Promote safety by monitoring play, providing instructions, and acting as a first responder in case of incidents.
n
Support the barista station, serve drinks, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
n
Encourage participation and create a positive atmosphere.
