this employer is strengthening their team with the appointment of a Technical Services Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

Requirements
n
n
Knowledge of the Building Sector.
n
Previous employment as a M&E; Manager, Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, Building Services Engineer, Design Manager or similar.
n
Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
n
Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties; ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
n
High level of communication skills.
n
Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
n
Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
n
