An excellent chance is available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 commercial builder delivering a landmark Data Centre project in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a long-term contract offering the chance to work on a complex, high-profile project with a strong pipeline of future work.

The RoleReporting to the Senior Project Team, you will be responsible for the commercial administration of subcontract packages from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and key stakeholders to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved while maintaining project budgets and programme.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
n
Preparation, review and administration of subcontract agreements
n
Assessment and processing of subcontractor progress claims and variations
n
Cost reporting,



forecasting and budget management
n
Contract administration in accordance with project requirements
n
Managing RFIs, scopes of work and procurement schedules
n
Assisting with head contract administration and commercial reporting
n
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the project delivery team
n
Supporting project delivery through to practical completion
n
