We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting participants with:
Complex mental health presentations (e.g. schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, BPD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Behaviours of concern requiring structured, consistent support approaches
Supports may include:
Community access and engagement
Daily living assistance
Emotional regulation and de-escalation support
Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
Maintaining clear, accurate progress notes and incident reporting
What We’re Looking For This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants. Experience is essential.
You must have
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health and complex behaviours
Experience working with autism (ASD)
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behaviour support approaches
Ability to remain calm, consistent, and skilled in high-pressure situations
Transparent boundaries and respect for participant dignity and choice
Mandatory Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
