About the role

Dussen specialises in the repairs of Meat Processing Equipment. We are looking for a Service Technician to install, repair and maintain all aspects of customer equipment, both mechanical and electrical. These duties may be performed in the workshop and/or in office.

Key responsibilities
Install, repair and maintain all aspects of customer equipment (mechanical and electrical)
Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs
Carry out preventative maintenance
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Follow WHS protocols and maintain safety consciousness
Work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

About you
Electrical Fitter with positive mechanical knowledge, or Mechanical Fitter with a restricted Electrical License
Must have an Electrical License or a Full Restricted Electrical License




3rd/4th year Apprentices considered
Experience in fault finding, breakdowns and preventative maintenance (essential)
Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills (essential)
Current Manual Driver's License
Good work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to work overtime occasionally
Ability to gain or have a police check
Previous experience in a Service Technician role (advantageous)
