NDIS Support Worker — Hornsby & Surrounding Areas True Embrace Pty Ltd | Casual | Multiple Positions Available

We're looking for warm, reliable, and genuinely caring Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting participants in and around Hornsby. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional sleepovers, so there's flexibility to suit different availabilities.

Key responsibilities
Personal care and daily living support
Community access and social/recreational activities
Transport to appointments, outings, and activities
Domestic assistance and light household tasks
Building independence and working towards personal goals
Companionship and genuine, respectful connection

About you
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live the life they choose
Patience, reliability, and robust communication skills
A valid NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Working With Children Check, if supporting younger participants
Previous experience in disability support, aged care,



or a related field is well regarded but not essential
