Property Analyst – QLD Logistics & Industrial

We welcome you to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team at JLL. This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

n

n
Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
n
Create and maintain all property listings
n
Assist with collating marketing material
n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
n
Overall responsibility of top‐quality pitch documents
n
Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analyses
n
Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
Strong interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agent
n
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
n
Previous property experience highly regarded
n
Willingness to learn with a can‐do attitude
n
Well‐presented and well‐spoken,



able to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
n
Superior communication, time‐management and analytical skills
n
Bachelor's degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
