We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Coronis West team. This is an chance to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You'll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.

Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes

About you
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Previous Property Management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
