P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
n
Previous experience as a site analyst within the asbestos industry.
n
Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
n
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
n
Proficient with the Microsoft Office package.
n

Role Responsibilities

n

n
Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, four‐stage clearances, re‐occupation and personal air testing.
n
Overseeing contractors on site ensuring adherence to asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
n
Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
n
Establishing and maintaining a valuable working relationship with clients.
n
