Due to an internal promotion we are re advertising a very similar role to previously, now reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

As a key team member, your role involves, but is not limited to:
Collaborating closely with the Company Director
Managing workloads effectively including calls, emails, quotes and job calls
Supporting other team members in a skilled & positive manner
Ensure high-quality customer service
Address service-related issues liaising with staff or clients when required
Assisting the service department and supporting the technicians in the field through reactive ad hoc client work requests.
Handling general administration duties.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to plan your own workload.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic,



and an enthusiastic commitment to continuous growth and achievement.
Administration proficiency with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service, data entry, general office duties.
Patience, initiative, and a multitasking aptitude
Attention to detail.
Technical expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience working with facility managers, owners corporations, real estate agents or programmed maintenance company is desirable but not essential.
