Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Area Manager to lead VM across NSW and ACT, working with the VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to translate brand and product strategies into compelling store layouts and experiences.

You will coach Store Managers to own VM execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure a seamless customer journey across our brand portfolio. This fixed-term role ends in September 2027.
