About the Role
n
This full‐time Pump Workshop Service Technician role is based in Kemps Creek and involves the maintenance, repair and servicing of a range of water and wastewater equipment, including Flygt and Godwin pump units.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Perform routine and emergency assessments, servicing and repairs on pumps and the rental fleet both on‐site and in the service workshop.
n
Clean, strip and overhaul customer pump sets and products.
n
Read, interpret and apply technical drawings and instructions.
n
Inspect and test products before dispatch.
n
Provide explicit and accurate advice to colleagues and customers on service, workshop and product‐related issues.
n
Maintain detailed documentation and reports on all work undertaken.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Proven mechanical aptitude and relevant trade qualification such as Fitter,
Electrician or a similar trade.
n
Solid problem‐solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
n
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
n
