Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Personal Consultant to join a high-performing consumer sales team based in Melbourne. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.

This is an outbound sales role where you will engage with warm leads and existing customers, understand their needs, and close high-value sales over the phone.

Proactively identify and close sales opportunities via outbound calls
n
Engage with new enquiries and past customers to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions
n
Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from initial contact to confirmed booking
n
Build robust customer relationships through exceptional service and rapport building
n
Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads and bookings within CRM systems
n
Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and conversion targets
n
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth sales and booking processes
n
Stay updated on products, offerings, policies, and promotions
n
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives




n
Adhere to schedules, processes, and service standards
n
Minimum 2 years of sales and premium customer service experience
n
Solid telephone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Proven ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns
n
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset
n
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
n
Ability to multitask in a high-energy, quota-driven environment
n
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
n
Additional language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
n
