The Organisation

Our client is a market leading business within differing industries and only continues to grow to recent heights, as the business continues to grow. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer to due their team on a full time permanent basis in Keysborough.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
Daily banking and reconciliations
Issuing and processing of invoices
Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis
Supplier/Customer queries
Allocation and receipting of payments
Account & statement reconciliations
Working within both the AP and AR inbox

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:
Has worked within a similar Accounts Officer role in the past
Ability to work within a team environment
Resides locally in Melbourne's south east
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, with a high attention to detail
