What You'll Do:

Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and daily operations.

Help guide the kitchen team during the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless service.
n
Contribute to menu creation, including tailored options for club events.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and uphold kitchen excellence.
n
Collaborate with the Head Chef to train and mentor junior staff.
n

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified chef is required.
n
Australian work rights are required for this position.
n




A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and cutting-edge cooking techniques.
n
Solid organisational skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.
n
Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Food safety certifications are required at the time of application.
