Boat Detailer – Casual/On-Call | Sydney

Davis Marine Brokerage is looking for an experienced boat detailer to join our team on a casual, on-call basis.

About the role:
Casual, per-job work — you'll be called in whenever we have a boat that needs detailing (no fixed hours). We typically give around 1–2 weeks' notice before a job comes up, though occasionally shorter-notice jobs may come up too.
Work across marinas around Sydney, depending on where the boat is located

What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience working with boats is a must.
Experience with gelcoat restoration, cut & polish, and machine buffing
A current driver's licence and your own transport, so you can get to marinas around Sydney quickly when needed
Reliable, detail-oriented,



and comfortable working independently
We're happy to consider applicants who currently have another job, as long as you're able to manage the responsibilities of this role alongside it
