As the Junior Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of a leading national organisation, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy Brisbane CBD office. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, assisting clients both face-to-face and over the phone, while gaining exposure to administration, dispatch and stock management.

The Role
Deliver exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
Support administration, dispatch, stock management and daily operations
Assist with sales order processing and client collections
Build strong relationships with clients and the wider team

Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Sales or Administration
Confident communicating with clients face-to-face and over the phone
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
