The Role

n

As an Estimator you will play a key role in the front-end delivery of projects, working closely with delivery teams, and subcontractors to develop competitive and commercially sound tenders.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
Reviewing tender documentation and developing bid strategies
n
Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
n
Developing and issuing subcontractor tender packages
n
Assessing subcontractor and supplier pricing to build competitive submissions
n
Working closely with internal stakeholders to refine pricing and methodologySupporting bid presentations, clarifications, negotiations, and post-tender handover
n
Preparing feasibility estimates and early budget pricing where required
n




Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
Previous experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within commercial construction
n
Proven experience pricing medium to large-scale building projects
n
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to balance competitiveness with project risk
n
A methodical and detail-focused approach to tendering
n
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
n
The ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines
n
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in winning quality work
n
