Mayday Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Services Team Lead to join a high-performing financial services organisation.

This is an exciting prospect for a strong leader with a passion for service excellence, coaching and operational performance to lead a team delivering exceptional support to advisers and clients across multiple service channels.

You will play a key role in driving service standards, uplifting team capability and ensuring a seamless client experience while acting as a subject matter expert across investment platform products, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Client Services team
n
Manage team workflows and ensure service levels are achieved
n
Monitor quality across calls,



email and client interactions
n
Act as an escalation point for complex client and adviser matters
n
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
n
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients
n
Support compliance, risk management and operational standards
n
Contribute to reporting, coaching and team development activities
n

About You:

n

n
5+ years' experience within financial services
n
Previous experience leading or coaching teams within financial services, investment platforms or contact centre environments
n
Robust understanding of investment platforms, superannuation, managed accounts and administration processes
n
Proven ability to manage service levels, operational performance and quality frameworks
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
n
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client service excellence
n
