We are on the lookout for a management superstar, to support and motivate the team at Colonnades to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!

What you'll do

Build and motivate a high-performing team
n
Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered
n
Manage the day-to-day running of the store
n
Assist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
n

Requirements

n

n
Strong training and coaching abilities/experience
n
Previous experience in leading a team to success
n
Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
n




A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
n
Experience managing high volumes of stock
n
Previous retail experience would be advantageous
n
