Bongiorno & Partners is a long-established financial services firm specialising in the medical and dental professions. We are looking for a Client Services Administrator - Lending to join our Financial Services team in Edgecliff.
This role will support Directors and consultants with the administration and coordination of client lending matters, ensuring client requests are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
About the role In this role, you will:
Assist with client lending enquiries and support the delivery of credit assistance
Attend client meetings and assist with file notes and documentation
Liaise with clients, bankers and internal teams to help progress lending matters
Prepare and issue compliance documents, including credit guides and preliminary assessments
Follow up with Westpac and other external parties to ensure a smooth lending process
Maintain accurate client data, workflow tasks and documentation in Xplan
Assist with annual loan reviews and post-settlement client meetings
Support the team with calendar management, client follow-up and administration
Ensure all work is completed with solid attention to detail and in line with compliance and risk procedures
About you We are looking for someone who has:
Client service or client liaison experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisation and follow-up skills
The ability to work well in a team environment
A willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Good Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Xplan, lending, finance or mortgage broking would be highly regarded
