Passionate about helping customers to modernise their business through technology to create lasting value. You are motivated, results-driven and have experience in Professional Services sales. You’re looking to join a business where you can establish and grow your own client base, bringing new, engaging engagements into Cevo and owning the end to end process from chance through to delivery.

You’ll work closely with the sales, consulting and recruitment teams and will ensure the pipeline of work is aligned to the skills and capabilities of our team.

Key to success will be your demonstrated ability to build strong, strategic relationships with clients, based on integrity, trust, and mutual respect.
A minimum 5 years proven track record in the acquisition of new business, within a technology services or consulting company (AI, Data, Software Engineering, Cloud aligned to AWS experience preferred)
Existing experience in building out Enterprise Accounts in Australia, ideally selling into financial services, healthcare, government, education, energy & utilities or retail




An entrepreneurial attitude to build your own client base and create, as well as influence Cevo’s go to market strategies
Excellent communication skills including negotiation, influencing and problem solving mindset
A desire to build and contribute to a culture that has evolved as a collaborative hive of technology professionals, who love sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues, clients, and the broader IT community.
Solid Stakeholder Management, along with strong relationship building skills
Strong focus on Business Development along with Account Management
Demonstrate use of AI tooling like Co-Pilot, Claude Co-Work and Amazon Quick to augment your sales cycles and creation of customer facing content.
Demonstrate successful co-sell experience with partners like Amazon Web Services
Demonstrate Account Planning and Deal Strategy experience
