Frequency: Every 3 weeks

Duration: 4 hours per visit

Areas to Maintain:n n
Front yard (including nature strip)

Back yard

Responsibilities

Weeding between pavement areas in both front and back yards
n
Seasonal pruning of larger trees
n
Regular tending to palm trees, including managing shedding
n
Disposal of tree leaves and branches from the property
n

Requirements

Proven experience in gardening and yard maintenance
n
Ability to prune trees and tend to palm trees
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Own gardening tools and equipment preferred
n
Must be able to dispose of garden waste
n
