We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport/Logistics Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Pemulwuy
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport and logistics operations by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities
Weekly CHEP pallet count reporting
2IC pallet management
Scheduling of inbound containers arrivals with transport carriers and communicate to inbound team
Preparation of carrier consignments/manifests as required




Identify and elevate practices and/or concerns to the Logistics Warehouse Manager
Support the Logistics Warehouse Manager with day to day admin functions
Any other duties consistent with skills and experience

About You
Previous administration or transport/logistics experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
