The chance
n
We're looking for a Sales Personal Assistant to support an established, high-performing team in our Kew office. This is an ideal entry point into residential sales, where you'll work closely within a team, learn the end-to-end sales process, and build the foundations to progress into your own standalone sales role over time.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Supporting an experienced Sales Consultant with day-to-day activities
n
Assisting with campaign management, marketing and listing preparation
n
Coordinating open for inspections and buyer follow-up
n
Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
n
Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal teams
n
Providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth campaigns
n

What we're looking for

Solid interest in building a career in real estate sales

Excellent communication and people skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive, driven and eager to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, team workplace

Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Local Area Knowledge
