Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

n

n
Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone.
n
Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
n
Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
n
General administration and daily office duties
n
Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
Experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required
n
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task,



and prioritise
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
Qualified, friendly, confident, and courteous manner
n
High level of computer literacy
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in a diverse team and independently
n
Available Monday to Friday (our clinic is open between 8am-5pm)
n
GP experience and experience with Best Practice software will be preferred but is not mandatory
n
