RTO Compliance Manager

n

This is a full time role based at our beautiful Gold Coast campus.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Oversee and manage all aspects of RTO compliance in line with ASQA standards
n
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
n
Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Ensure training and assessment strategies meet industry and regulatory requirements.
n
Provide guidance and support to trainers, assessors, and KKTC student services team on compliance matters.
n
Maintain accurate records and reporting for government funding programs (e.g., QLD Skills Assure, Vic Skills First, NSW Smart and Skilled, Skills SA).
n
Liaise with external stakeholders including regulators, auditors, and industry partners.

Qualifications

n

n
Robust knowledge of Vocational Education and Training (VET)



sector and RTO compliance frameworks, regulations, and standards
n
Proficiency in auditing, documentation management, and policy development for compliance purposes
n
Experience in the Education and Care (ECEC) sector and a solid understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
n
Robust organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail
n
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience
n
Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and risk management strategies
n
Experience with relevant technologies for managing compliance and reporting is desirable
n
