What is the role?

n

This role sits within the Buzz Finance division, directly reporting to the CFO. You will be a conduit between Finance and the business and will provide crucial decision support, insightful analysis and continuous improvement across key finance processes.

Responsibilities

n

n
Business partnering with Client Services, Product Development, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics
n
Developing inputs into the monthly forecasts for P&L; and Cashflow and identifying risks and opportunities
n
Supporting the annual budgeting process
n




Providing financial analysis for current projects to evaluate commercial viability.
n
Performing analysis for project close outs
n
Providing reporting and analysis for quarterly Board meeting.
n
Implementing productivity improvements by automating and simplifying financial processes.
n

What are we looking for?

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business/Commerce or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
n
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a consumer products business.
n
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to manage ambiguity
n
Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
n
Continuous improvement mindset
n
Advanced skills in MS Excel
n
Experience with Power BI and Sage or other ERP system (desired but not essential).
n
