This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced chef looking to further develop their skills in a rapid-paced airport hotel environment.

What you'll do:
Prepare and deliver consistently high-quality dishes across all service periods
Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
Assist in guiding and supporting junior members of the kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture

What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or an experienced Demi Chef/Commis Chef ready to take the next step
Experience working in a high-volume,



fast-paced kitchen, preferably within a hotel environment
A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate confidently with colleagues
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
