About the role

We're hiring casual staff to support a late-night karaoke venue. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, bar service, room resets/cleaning, food & drink service, and POS/cash handling.

Key responsibilities
Provide basic bar service (pouring drinks, preparing straightforward mixed drinks, restocking bar items)
Reset karaoke rooms between bookings (tidy, wipe down, restock, quick clean)
Deliver drinks to rooms (room service style)
Prepare simple items (fruit platters, snacks, basic plating)
Greet guests and assist with bookings and room questions
Take orders and process payments (POS + cash handling)
Clear glassware and keep service areas clean and organised
Work alongside team members and security to keep the venue safe and running smoothly

About you
Current RSA (essential)
Available every Friday & Saturday night (7pm–3am)
Confident,



friendly communicator who enjoys working with groups
Rapid mover who stays calm under pressure during busy periods
Solid hygiene and cleanliness standards
Trustworthy and accurate with POS and cash handling
Hospitality or room service experience is a bonus (training provided)
Vietnamese language skills highly regarded
