Job Description

Specialist Private Investigators conduct investigations both in a very complex and normal workplace for both Government and Private Agencies. They are required to perform under difficult and at times high pressure situations and though 95% of the role is Investigations, there will be a need for the investigator to be adaptable and serve court documents where the need arises.

Matters conducted will be secret / sensitive in their nature and though the Investigator may at times be working autonomously a high degree of ethical and moral standards must be adhered as does the ability to NOT discuss or divulge investigations to a third party.

conduct surveillance and maintain records

Criminal and Complex Investigations
n
Workplace Bullying and Harassment
n
seek missing persons and locate witnesses
n
take videos or photographs for use as evidence
n
work undercover in organisations to gather specific information
n
gather information for use in legal proceedings
n
conduct asset and liability checks
n
investigate the theft of private or commercial property
n




provide advice on corporate and personal security
n
investigate insurance or worker's compensation claims
n
prepare reports of investigations
n
take statements from witnesses
n

Personal Requirements

a sound character with no criminal or other convictions that would stop you getting a private investigator's licence
n
valuable observation skills
n
able to accept responsibility
n
able to keep secret/confidential ALL information
n
high moral and ethical standards
n

Qualifications [MUST]

Open Drivers Licence [ability to drive both manual and automatic]
n
Typing speed of 35 wpm and above
n

Open NSW CAPI Licence with IP, S, RG, DC, PS functions
