Pembrook Homes is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the estimating team at our Keilor Park location. You will estimate costs for residential and multi-unit developments, analyze drawings, and produce bills of quantities and purchase orders with a focus on accuracy.
Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will contribute to cost control, risk assessment, and process improvements, while liaising with project managers.
