My client is a multi-disciplinary accounting and advisory practice specialising in advising doctors, dentists, allied health professionals, self-managed superannuation funds, SMEs and high-net-worth family groups. The firm operates from a modern office in the Bayside area (approximately 300m from the train station) and has a team of 7 staff, supported by 15 outsourced team members (Vietnam based) who complete the majority of bookkeeping and tax compliance work.

The local team focuses on client relationships, reviewing work and providing advisory support, creating an efficient and collaborative working structure. The practice operates in a fully cloud-based environment, with all clients on Xero and internal workflow managed through Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

Responsibilities

The role will be client-centric,



involve liaising with clients and the offshore team and jumping in with ad hoc work to support the wider team.
n
There is genuine progression available in the business.

Qualifications

n

n
3 years' Business Services experience
n
Partial completion / studying CA or CPA
n
Experience with clients across different entity-types and industries. Experience with medical industry clientele is advantageous
n
Strong communication skills and confidence to deal directly with clients
n
Technical skills across Xero/Xero Practice Manager
n
