ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join our growing agency team in Perth.

About the Role

n

As a ChoiceOne Registered Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based, woman-centred care across a range of maternity settings. You'll adapt confidently to different clinical settings, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain the highest standards of skilled practice.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Deliver high-quality, woman-centred midwifery care in accordance with best practice standards
n
Provide care across antenatal, postnatal, birth suite and maternity services
n
Assess, monitor and respond appropriately to changes in maternal and neonatal condition
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, paediatricians, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
n
Educate and support women and their families throughout their maternity journey
n
Adhere to infection prevention, clinical governance and workplace health and safety standards
n

About You





n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
n
Minimum of 12 months' post-graduate midwifery experience
n
Recent clinical experience in antenatal and postnatal care (birth suite experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while adapting quickly to new clinical environments
n
Sound clinical judgement and effective decision-making skills
n
A strong commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, woman-centred care
n
