We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will support the delivery of digital solutions by analysing business needs, defining requirements and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams for one of the government organisations in Sydney.
Required Skills
4–6 years of relevant qualified experience in the field or a related area.
Experience in business analysis within digital delivery environments
Experience documenting requirements in Agile delivery environments
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in managing competing stakeholder priorities , translating complex business needs into transparent technical requirements ,
and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Robust stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Document functional and technical requirements
Develop user stories and support backlog management
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions
Support testing and validation activities to confirm requirements are met
