We are looking for an experienced and reliable lunchbar Supervisor to join our small and friendly team at Schmears, a busy sandwich and coffee bar in Perth CBD.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in their work and is confident taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a café.
About the role
Making quality coffee
Customer service and POS
Food preparation and sandwich making
Opening and closing
Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
Supporting and supervising the team during service
Training recent team members
Stock and basic ordering
Helping keep the café running smoothly when the owner is not present
Pay: $35.50 per hour
