Lo Quay River Cafe has undergone an extensive renovation and is now almost ready to reopen. We are recruiting for food & beverage positions, chef positions and supervisor positions.
Key responsibilities
Food and Beverage team: Provide exceptional customer service with genuine care and go the extra mile to provide a outstanding experience for each and every customer
Chef Positions: Report to the Head Chef and create made to order meals, exceptional breakfasts, homemade pies, sausage rolls, fresh muffins and kiosk goodies using fresh produce
Chef Positions: Work in an open kitchen maintaining high standards in personal presentation, workspace cleanliness and food hygiene
Cafe Supervisor:
Hold responsibility for the success of each shift
Cafe Supervisor: Allocate reservations and staff sections
Cafe Supervisor: Identify priorities and manage high level customer interactions
Cafe Supervisor: Ensure the company philosophy of "service comes first" is demonstrated both personally and by the team
About you
Relevant experience in your chosen field
Approach to customer service that enhances the customer experience
Available to work between the hours of 6am - 5.30pm Monday to Sunday
Available to work on weekends
