Broker Team Leader – Loan Specialists

Focus Recruitment is partnering with an exciting client in the commercial lending sector to recruit an experienced Broker Team Leader - Loan Specialists .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a people first leader to coach and develop a high-performing team while driving productivity, service excellence and operational efficiency. You'll oversee the end to end loan application process, support broker relationships, manage workflow priorities and work closely with internal stakeholders to continually improve processes.

What you'll be doing:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Loan Specialists
Drive team performance across productivity, quality and service KPIs
Manage loan workflow, deal prioritisation and broker escalations
Build strong relationships with brokers and internal teams
Identify prospects to improve processes, systems and team performance




Champion a cooperative, high-performing team culture

What we're looking for:
Leadership experience within commercial lending, SME finance, asset finance or a similar financial services environment
Strong understanding of loan application processes and broker relationships
Proven ability to coach teams and improve performance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What's on offer:
$125,000 - $135,000 base + Super + Commission
