Part time Bookkeeper – E-commerce
please note this is an In house role only.

Luna Rae Jewellery is looking for an experienced and highly capable Bookkeeper to join our growing e-commerce business 1–2 days per week . We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure our accounts are accurate, organised and always up to date.

Key responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and supplier payments
Reconciling Shopify sales, payments and fees
Managing Synder → Xero reconciliations
Payroll and superannuation
BAS preparation and GST reconciliation
Supplier invoices, credits and expenses
Month-end reconciliations and reporting
Working with our external accountant




Identifying discrepancies and keeping accounts clean and accurate

About you:
Solid bookkeeping experience
Experienced with Xero
E-commerce and Shopify experience strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Confident working independently and taking ownership
Proactive — able to spot issues rather than waiting to be asked
Comfortable working within a growing small business

1–2 days per week | Part time - Flexible for the right candidate
We’re looking for someone reliable and experienced who can come in, understand the business quickly and take genuine ownership of the bookkeeping function.
