About You

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and creating opportunities.

You will ideally have
3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within the security or building industry
Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance technology and security systems preferred but not essential, full training provided.
Proven experience generating new business and managing a sales pipeline
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Confidence approaching new businesses and making the first contact
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for growth
A competitive, results-driven mindset
Robust relationship-building and networking skills
The ability to work independently and manage your own territory and pipeline
A valid Australian driver’s licence
Ideally you will be based in Melbournes South Eastern / Mornington Peninsula region.

$80,000 - $120,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission. Subject to experience and proven results
