Key Responsibilities
Mowing, edging, whipper snipper, blowing
Planting, watering, weeding, and deadheading flowers and shrubs.
Trimming hedges and pruning trees/shrubs to promote growth and maintain aesthetic shapes.
Soil cultivation, composting, and applying mulch to garden beds.
Keeping pathways, and roads transparent of debris, leaves, and moss.
Basic plant operations and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers).

Requirements & Qualifications




Proven experience as a gardener or landscaper (Qualified references preferred).
Ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods).
Experience operating power tools like hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and ride‑on mowers safely.
Punctual, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
Horticulture certificates or chemical application licenses (e.g., PA1/PA6), MR License, Arborist certificate (preferred, not required).
