About the job IT SUPPORT INTERN - SYDNEY, NSW

The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client-server environment.
n
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
n
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN setting
n
Coordinating with vendor support.
n
When the restoration is beyond the scope of the IT support engineer, he will elevate the issue or problem to a proper Tier 3 support team member.
n
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
n
Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
