As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a polished and memorable bar experience for our guests. You'll work in a quick-paced, high-end environment, preparing everything from classic cocktails to premium spirits and providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
Prepare classic cocktails and premium spirits
Provide knowledgeable wine and beverage service
Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences
Work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
About you
Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
Strong cocktail knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of premium spirits, wine and beverage service
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive,
polished approach to guest service
Reliable, positive and able to work collaboratively within a skilled hospitality team
Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Must be available Thursday to Saturday
