Necessary experience for the baristas applying:
Personality
Fluency in English
Equivalent as 2 years work as a full time Barista working in a fast paced, high volume workplace (12kg daily)
Machine maintenance and grind adjustment
All different brew methods
Highly organised and quick
Presentation and grooming to match our corporate environment
Visa for full working rights in Australia for 30 hours or Australian citizen
