We are looking for an experienced Café All Rounder to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months café, restaurant or hospitality experience
Robust customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service periods
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Able to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Weekend availability is essential
Fluent English preferred
Responsibilities
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Delivering food and beverages
Clearing and resetting tables
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
Assisting other team members wherever required
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
