The Position:

Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to join their Melbourne team to support the CEO. This is a wide-ranging role requiring you to be highly organised to provide high level support as well as extensive event organisation.

The Responsibilities:

Some of your duties will include;
Manage the diary and day to day schedule of the CEO
Coordinate travel, accommodation and meetings
Coordinate corporate events, presentations and client functions




Maintain the client database and various spreadsheets
Prepare reports, presentations, invitations and correspondence
Create and schedule LinkedIn content
Coordinate office supplies
Other duties as required

The Requirements:

You must possess;
Robust proven experience in a similar role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication skills
