We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Draftsperson to join our growing design and drafting team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid residential drafting experience, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team-oriented team delivering high-quality homes for our clients.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our Designers and Drafting Team to develop detailed documentation for a range of residential projects, including recent homes, renovations, extensions and unit developments.
You’ll be responsible for
Preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation
Developing plans from concept through to construction documentation
Working from designer concepts and client briefs
Producing accurate, detailed and buildable drawings
Liaising with Designers, Consultants and the wider team
Making amendments and responding to project requirements
Ensuring drawings meet relevant standards and requirements
Managing your workload and meeting project deadlines
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has minimum 2+ years' residential drafting experience
Is confident using 2D CAD Software
Has strong attention to detail and a high standard of documentation
Understands residential construction and building practices
Can interpret and develop architectural concepts
Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
Takes pride in producing quality work
Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive, proactive attitude and is keen to continue developing their skills
