What we're looking for:
Proven barista experience with a minimum 4 years, with a solid understanding of coffee techniques
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and multitask
Reliability and strong work ethic
MUST be available to work weekends
What you'll be doing:
Prepare a variety of coffee and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean and well organised work environment
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Food prep and general cafe duties
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
