Aimpoint Pty Ltd. is seeking dedicated Apprentices to join our team in South Australia and Northern Territory. This full time position will see you learn and develop skills in the exciting fields of blasting and painting, essential components of metal fabrication. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and the qualifications needed to build a rewarding career in the trades and services industry.
What you'll be doing
Participate in formal training to earn nationally recognised qualifications
Prepare surfaces for painting through abrasive blasting techniques
Apply high-quality paint finishes to fabricated products
Operate specialised equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all relevant health, safety and quality control procedures
Work closely with the wider fabrication team to ensure project timelines are met

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop current skills through on-the-job training and formal study
