The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Administrator to support our Financial Planning team. This role is suited to someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare client review and advice documentation
Implement advice recommendations and client requests
Maintain client records and data integrity in Xplan
Process client forms and onboarding documentation
Liaise with clients and product providers
Provide administrative support to Advisers and the wider team
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Planning CSA, Wealth Management or similar role
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience using Xplan is highly regarded
Qualified, reliable and team-oriented
Eligibility
Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or New Zealand Citizens only
